I could not get a refund because it was still time to check in. They never issued a refund. Very convenient for them to keep your money after they turned you away!"

The staff was very attentive. The restaurant breakfast buffet was okay, lunch and dinner were good. Having access to the hotel airport shuttle was a major convenience."
