「This was our first time staying at Vistas del Mar in Deerfield Beach, and we absolutely loved it! The hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming — which, honestly, is not very common in South Florida, so this was a refreshing surprise. I’ve been coming to Deerfield Beach for years, always staying near the north side of the pier because I love the beach there, but I had never been fully satisfied with the places I stayed — until now. We enjoyed the beach the waves and the views. We were even lucky enough to see a massive sea turtle (at least 4 feet) during our nightly beach walk and crab chases. 」

「The location wasn't where we expected it to be (that is not on the host - it's how VRBO does the location before you get the address). And although there was a wonderful, cold A/C in the living room, there wasn't central AC. These two aspects necessitated our cancellation after we got there.Thankfully, the host was amazing. She immediately processed the refund request (minus the fees she is charged by VRBO). And she was wonderful to deal with.Had she had a property in the location we expected to...
