Not a Country Inn and Suites, changed to Hyatt Select with no notification. Called to ensure reservation. None. Clerk was nice, went to old computer and found original reservation, though only hotel room -no suite. No breakfast buffet as advertised…no meat or potatoes or fruit, only egg bites and usual toast, bagel. Love the pillows!

No internet and slow WIFI. Room and bed were comfortable, although the TV did not work. Continental breakfast was good with a very large dining area. Area kept very clean.

The room was nothing special, but it was clean and comfortable. We also happened to have an accessible room, so it had lots of space. The hotel is a large maze of corridors, but there is a pool and hot tub if you can find your way to them (though the pool area was very hot and unappealing). The breakfast was better than some with hot eggs and sausage.

The hot tub and pool are under renovation and unusable. That is the single most reason we chose this hotel. Highly disappointed. Breakfast was pretty mediocre

The room was good and clean. Hovewer the hotel itself looks like a maze. You need to waste a lot of time to find elevator if you bring your stuff to room. Explanation we received from staff was not clear.

First when we checked in the first room even getting there to second floor, all dark hallways , rooms looking in all beds made no one in them, nuclei where water drip And water in bucket had to go around and turn multiple times to get there. My husband opened door, I had luggage, did not know he had to squeeze in , there was a chair behind it and I opened and crushed his hand and he yelled. The chair was all cracked and inside popping out, smelled horrible. I have asthma and husband severe CHF. He was already Short of Breath, I am a RN and worried, retuned him to car too much walking and trial. By that time I just wanted him to lay down or I would go to different Hotel.

The room and bathroom were clean. The front desk staff was nice but I was put in the wrong room. It still all worked out but it was frustrating to get it figured out and also having to wait 45 minutes to get it fixed after traveling all day. Breakfast was amazing and the pool was really big and my kids love it. The hot tub was also nice after a long day of traveling.
