「Appartement très bien agencé pour 2 couples.Terrasse extérieure agréable. Quartier calme,commerces proches. Hôte chaleureux, discret, donne des conseils de visite très appréciables.La Spézia par sa gare ou son port donne un accès facile aux 5 terres, Florence, Pise, Parme... permettant ainsi de n avoir pas de voiture. Région magnifique à découvrir par les sentiers de rando. 」

「Séjour très agréable dans un appartement tout confort et très design.Un ou deux points : le radiateur des deux salles de bain ne fonctionnait pas. Le robinet de l’évier de la cuisine était mal fixé, instable. Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de lave-vaisselle. Un peu plus de vaisselle serait très apprécié. Et avec un lave-linge, nous resterions une semaine de plus ! Sinon, merveilleux séjour.」

「We had a wonderful week at the boathouse- it really is the most spectacular and unique place to stay. The view from the house is breathtaking with a vast kitchen and living area. Portofino and Santa Margerita are beautiful towns but very expensive! 」
