This Del Mar Beach condo is just steps away from San Diego's finest beach. It's 1,200 sq ft with 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 full baths. Condo includes washer/dryer in unit and has a full kitchen with granite countertops and large family room with wood-burning fireplace. The condo features two balconies on front and back of unit and also offers an outside shower to rinse off after a trip to the beach. One covered parking spot is included and 4 other guest spots available.

There is no HVAC in the building, however we have ceiling fans, box fans and space heaters.

Our unit sleeps six comfortably with a king bed, queen bed and a queen sized air mattress.

The following is included in rental: cookware and full kitchen, dishes, beach towels, linens/bedding, bathroom towels, etc.

This nicely appointed and incredibly clean condo is just two blocks to the beach, and an easy walk to two fantastic seaside restaurants. Communicating with the owner was a breeze, having a designated parking space was ideal, and we appreciated every moment of our holiday weekend stay. Five stars.

The size of the condo was perfect for the three of us. Location was great and it was so convenient having an assigned parking spot (although it was very tight). The kitchen was very well equipped with plenty of dishware and cookware.

So close to the beach

I cannot say enough about this great Del Mar condo. Not only was it clean, comfortable and well supplied, but OMG having its own reserved parking spot and just a 5 minute walk to the beach ... put this rental over the top in my book. We will definitely be staying here again. Thanks to the hosts for an amazing weekend getaway.

Very comfortable home, in a great location

We've stayed here several times and it is our go-to in Del Mar. It's a short walk to a beautiful beach, is well stocked and cared for, and very comfortable. The neighbourhood is quiet and has easy access to some great restaurants. Dan is great to deal with.

So close to the beach!

I live in SD but had family in town that love the beach so I thought I would get a place w/ in walking distance from the water to give them the full experience! This place was perfect, we walked to a couple restaurants and icecream, close enough to go to the beach with three teens several times per day. We will stay here again next year when they come, they made our families trip to Cali amazing!

Terrific Del Mar property!

This two bedroom two bath property is beautifully located so that we can walk to the beach every day! Everything has been updated. There are plenty of chairs and beach items for use. We will be back!

Terrific location for access to beach and Del Mar Race Track. Plenty of nearby restaurants and stores, too. Dan was a pleasure to work with and very attentive to our needs. Had a small plumbing issue and he handled it promptly. Condo was well maintained and updated, with nice dishware and pots and pans, as well as beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels. Very nice!
