"This stay was part of our experience for the Cooperstown All Star Village. We had two families staying in the Farm House, with 6 kids total (ages 4-15). The setup is perfect for 2 familes / large families as the bedrooms are split between 2 floors. We found the property to be a great relief from All Day baseball action. The trails and pond were beautiful and provided our party with a relaxing place to stay. I would highly recommend this property."

"This is our family's second time at the Barn Loft and we will return many times for years to come. I look forward to our next visit to the Belleayre ski area and our next stay at your House. "We enjoyed cooking, reading and relaxing in this spacious lovely farmhouse. We had a chance to check out the historic John Burroughs site (what a view!) and bought fresh farm produce and meats at a nearby D & D Farm. Geoffrey and Powell has everything you would need during the stay in a top notch shape."

"From the moment I clicked on this property I could not have been more pleased. Every detail was well thought out and process was seamless. The pictures of her home did not do it justice. The house and property were magnificent! So immaculately and comfortably designed, and the grounds were nothing short of picturesque. My family and I stayed for 5 nights and will definitely be returning."

"one bedroom suite was very nice and spacious. The heat and hot water were great. Upstairs occupants could be heard but they were quiet after 10 pm. Access into the apt was easy. Apt needs a deep clean and dusting. The night stand in the bedroom does not reach the bed height. Only 1 tv but we moved it and it worked fine in the bedroom. The queen size bed was very comfortable. Close to supermarket, CVS, restaurants, shops and of course skiing."
