The shower worked great and there were no bed bugs. It was quiet and the bed was comfortable. It was somewhat shabby and a little musty smelling but we were there for one night only. The price was decent and basic breakfast was included. It’s in a plaza and super close to a Starbucks, krogers and Walmart.

Rented 3 rooms for 3 days refrigerator in 2 of the 3 rooms did not work . No elevator and they do not tell you that when checking in,They rent rooms by the week to less desirable noise, fighting and arguing in the hallway all hours of the night, hot tub been broken for two years according to employees but still advertising it. Room floors in every room we had was buckled safety locks on doors half missing so you can't use them . I will never stay there again nor would I ever recommend it to anyone

Do not come here. There are bed bugs cockroaches fire hazards with broken plugs in electrical room sockets the pool has algae the hot tub doesn't work and the carpet smells like cat pee homeless people and criminals and trashy people laying in the hallway and rude staff and no manager was available and we weren't even there for even one full day and they wouldn't give us a refund. Very terrible experience. Highly unhappy, Delaware is to nice a city for it to be like that good thing there is another hotel and and brand new one going to built. Baymont by Wyndham here was terrible.

This property needs attention ASAP. What is listed and pictured through the Expedia app, is not up to date. Hopeful that we don't run into further issues with future bookings, but this one has made us look deeply into hotels and their reviews. Be mindful if staying here, all.
