「Traveled from out of state, notified property I was going to be arriving late, they confirmed my code and giving me instructions. Got to the property at 2 AM unable to get to in my room, tried contacting the property but no luck, had to find a hotel for one night.
Ps I WAS CHARGED FOR A NIGHT I DIDN'T EVEN STAY FOR!
