I was assured ahead of time I had a prepaid reservation but when I got there they said it didn't exist. It was 2 am and it was hard to go through my emails to find it. I wound up paying again and they Charged me 40% more. Can't recommend this place.

トラブルが多い
全体としては、よくあるような安いホテルで、値段なりです。停電があったり、蚊がいたり、いろいろトラブルを覚悟しておけば、東南アジアなどによく行く人であれ ば快適に過ごせるかと思います。従業員は親切で、頼めばなんでも対応してくるので、そこはいいホテルだと思います。
個別のことになりますが、チェックイン時に予約が届いていなかったようで、Hotels.comで予約したと言うと受付の方がどこかに電話をかけて確認をしてくれましたが、お金を要求されました。Hotels.comで払ったと伝えると引っこめてくれましたが、とにかく予約が通ってない感じでした。
後、シャトルサービスを頼んだのですが、事前に何回もホテル側とやり取りしていたのにも関わらず、空港で見つけることができず、タクシーを利用するハメになりました。ホテル側はPickupで待っていると言っていましたが、空港のゲートから出たところ、建屋から出たところなど何箇所で送迎の人たちでごった返しており、なかなか見つけるのは難しいかもしれません。インドで通じる電話を持っていれば対応できたかもしれませんが・・・。タクシーは空港のタクシー乗り場で待っていたのにも関わらず、ぼったくりで、最初10000ルビーと吹っかけてきたので交渉しましたが、2000ルピーも取られました。空港へ行く時はホテルのロビーに頼んだところ400ルピーでした。他の方も1500ルピー取られた方もいましたので、タクシーというよりは現地のでもいいので信用できる旅行会社に手配してもらった方が良いです。
