I had an excellent stay at this property. Initially I was a bit worried about how the experience would be, but it completely exceeded my expectations. The staff was professional, and always ready to help. The rooms were very neat, clean, and well maintained with modern facilities that made the stay very comfortable. Everything was well organized and the environment felt safe and welcoming. I truly appreciated the hospitality and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable stay.

It is a large property with a huge footprint. Most of it seems to be under rennovation. There was a very long walk from reception to elevators and rooms, to breakfast room, etc. Only one working elevator. Very likely no fire escape, because the stairs I was told, are "closed". At peak breakfast hours there were just 4 or so guests in the breakfast room. Un-healthy menu (Oily Chhole-Bhatoore for breakfast).

The interior is quite dated. Many bolts n hinges of doors are about to give up. Rooms stink, like a place which is closed and not used for many days. Breakfast is good with multiple options. Staff is very cordial and pleasant.
