Room cleaning only when asked. Cokroches take charge when you get out the room. No regular water supply in toilet. No inhouse food facility but still offer food while booking online. If food include in package they order from outside and charges are almost double. Don't invite you for the food but never forget to charge for it.

No doubt room condition was as per picture, but wash room was pathetic, washbasin tap was loose, floor slope and drain was bad and remains always wet after shower, towel were old and yellowish white in color, with dirty humid smell, toilet paper was given only on demand, shower does not has hot water provision, you have to use bucket and mug. Food quality and serving in the room was totally non professional. overall not a good return of money.

The hotel is off of a busy street so it is very noisy. Bring ear plugs and get a room that doesn't have a window. This is a budget hotel, so you can't expect a lot. The bathrooms do not have a separate area for the shower, so some slippers. Service was great and they found a quieter room for me.

In the main bazaar area. Quite lively (noisy) even after dark. Not recommendable for shallow sleepers. No bed making during the entire stay (but that seems normal for this class of hotel in India). The pictures on the website are somewhat misleading. Don't expect a comfortable room from the European/American standard. But the staff were quite friendly and reliable. Not a bad option for budget travelers. Needless to say, this hotel has nothing to do with Sharaton Hotel.

Average for the area
No breakfast buffet, like stated. When I asked for my free breakfast, the servers didn't understand. I had to show the "free breakfast buffet" on the receipt and then they said, "oh, ok. what do you want?" Well, I wanted a buffet. I got a single dish instead. Internet was pretty good everywhere in room and roof top. That was a big plus. Had a cold shower on the morning I needed to leave. Not nice on a cold winter morning, but required. Bed was comfortable. Noise level typical for the area. Bathroom needed updating and would have been nice to not have water leak from the toilet. Stairs very uneven. Not a problem if you don't mind tripping and falling on solid stone and cement. Feel nice. I did it. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Server on rooftop was very friendly. Nice view from the rooftop café down the main street.

Good location
Location was good, close to metro and right next to markets. It is loud at night as main street is below so constant honking and street noise. Shower / bathroom is tiny, and no seperate area for shower. Hotel staff nice. Resturant is good with good service. Good for your average budget hotel.

A great budget hotel in the midst of a busy bazaar
The staff were helpful and friendly but took them a long time to get me a travel adaptor so I could charge my phone but even then it did not work. However the manager at the rooftop restaurant was v helpful and got my phone charged. Generally a good hotel at this level with a nice rooftop eating place and friendly staff. The location is a bit noisy especially if you get a front room but this is to be expected in a bazaar but quieter at night. I think the hotel management needs to consider double glazing the windows to solve the problem. The rooftop restaurant was nice and breezy and great place to chill out in the evening but the standard of food whilst not bad could do with improvement. The paratha I had for breakfast was too salty and greasy.

The amazing Hotel in delhi Hotel Shelton
An amazing Hotel we had beautiful room and bathroom. The staff were very attentive , Helpful and very friendly. the restaurant served very very very excellent food the in chines food was delicious. I highly recommend it to stay in the amazing hotel.

I stayed one night and the staff was friendly in nature and i used free WIFI. the room was cleaned and everything that was in room clean and good interior. Hotel Shelton is very closed to R. K Ashram Metro station when ever i came at delhi i alwayes stay in Hotel Shelton.

Great Value
Hotel Shelton is very close to R. K Ashram Metro and subway and lovely main Bazar. Rooms are nicely furnished,clean duvet , clean towel , and Bathroom fitting is latest , Hot Water always available. staff is always ready to help front desk staff is very helpful. Hotel Shelton i recommended to all.

Well located hotel with great rooftop
Very well located hotel in the central bazaar. Close to the metro and rail stations. Great rooftop restaurant, but indifferent food, service and no alcohol on offer. Rooms are quite okay, if sometimes needing some repair, and relatively quiet given the frenetic surroundings.

it was a great place to stay on night nice room, very good services, neat and clean linen. i was stay in room no. 205 its window room view in market and nice interior. rooftop restaurant is nice, also play pool table. the food is tasty like sizzler. it was a great place to stay in delhi

Pretty Good Hotel Overall
I liked my stay in Hotel Shelton, and would recommend it for travelers who don't require 'luxurious' settings. I thought the service was excellent, and they have a good rooftop lounge/restaurant with good food at reasonable prices. The bed was nice, with clean sheets, the TV service was fine, and the bathroom was spartan but fine (as long as you are OK with short 3-4min showers). It could, however, have been cleaner; for example, the floor-rugs were filthy, they hadn't been beaten out for perhaps years, so I hid them under the bed. But my feet still kept getting dirty from walking on the floor, so I ended up grabbing the cleaning gear myself and mopping. They also have a lift which only works about half the time, so I avoided it in case I got stuck! About the area, Paharganj is not a slum, but it is still quite a poor area. I never felt threatened - I am also a 90kg man - but you will be hassled by beggars and 'touts' trying to get you to take an overpriced trip to the Taj Mahal, and the streets are very crowded. But there is lots of good, cheap food and plenty of shopping, and it is central, close to metro and train stops and just 10mins walk from Connaught Place, which has lots of shops and restaurants. Also, Paharganj is very loud most of the day, with horns blaring, but this subsided by about 11pm and didn't start again until 9-10am, so I slept well, although light sleepers may struggle...

we have booked first time in this hotel and that was nice stay. Rooms are good with nice newly bed and clean. staff are good and helpful. They provide a room with window and it was great value for money. its on very decent location. near to railway station and metro station. also on that location near to all market for shopping. we are recommended to all travel in delhi.

Superb service and superb food
Hotel Cabana is located on main bazar street very close to new delhi railway station and metro. the bed is very comfortable and clean. the staff is very nice. specially to food is tasty its superb.i will recommended to all.

Worth of money
Hotel is quite and clean and its on a very nice location on main street paharganj new delhi. I will suggest to everyone for stay here, they have decent arrangement for buffet breakfast. Hotel staff is very friendly the room was extremely with all modern facility.

Great quite place in bustling Delhi
Me and my friend stayed here for 1 night when first arriving india, Delhi is a hectic and noisy hotel shelton was a great place relaxing escape. super friendly staff , Nice room and great rooftop restaurant amazing food. They also arranged for a friendly driver us to the lotus temple and redfort.

Great Place to stay in busy Area
Hotel Shelton is good place to stay in delhi. Nice room new renovate and clean bathroom. Room size is big nice view in room from street. service is nice and quick. front desk manager is polite and helpful. The most important is there is rooftop restaurant its amazing nice view to overall paharganj street and railway station. Nice food very tasty.
