This property was one the best in Mayur Vihar region under Fraser Suits but now under IIDL suits everything going down from room conditions to food. Even front desk staff don’t want to response to your greeting. Young staff without any supervision not learning how to speak to their guest. Me snd my family using this property since 8 years and

En complète décrépitude

Un emplacement qui ne convient pas au tourisme car trop éloigné de tout centre d’intérêt. Pas d’option de restauration convenable sur place, à part du fast-food. Un appart-hôtel en complet déclin qui ne mérite ni sa notation ni 5 étoiles. La piscine est hors service depuis des mois alors qu’elle continue à être mise en avant, rien n’est entretenu comme il faut, le ménage laisse tellement à désirer que nous ne l’avons demandé qu’un jour sur deux (draps tachés, poubelle non vidée à l’arrivée, balcon qui n’a pas reçu un coup de balai depuis des années, etc.) Le personnel est néanmoins gentil et serviable.

Just bad and not worth the money

This hotel is in such a bad state. I don’t know who gave them this number of stars, may be it was bribed. No one in right state of mind would believe the stars which I got tricked with. There were more mosquitos inside than outside. The towels, bed sheets, lighting, floors everything is falling apart. Balcony is super dirty. Buffet food is below expectations. The staff is general is pleasant expect the girl on duty in the breakfast hall seems really unhappy with her job. Overall I would never stay here again, would rather chip in a few more bucks and stay some where better. I never expected this to be so bad. Tv is basic which also stopped working the second day.

Property rated 5 star but its not even 3 star property. They are saying non smoking rooms but there are smoking smells in the bedrooms and we found empty cigarette pack in the drawer. One of bed's comforter and bedsheet was dirty. Kitchen counter kickplate was broken and dirt was visible. We requested extra rolling bed at time of booking but they denied and asked money. Spa room has dirty smells, not good for health. Swimming pool has no warm water. This property required lots of renovation and need to upgrade. I will never book this property again, it is better to spend litter more money to somewhere else.

If you do not expect too much....

Some of the front desk receptionists are not very friendly and helpful. Not all of them, but some. But the restaurant waiters have very nice service. Location is a bit far away from all business or shopping areas.

TLDR; Mr. Prayag Rawat is a Liar and cheat and do not trust a word he says. This review is specifically for Mr. Prayag Rawat. The hotel itself was fine but I requested an early checkout due to personal reasons and confirmed with the front office manager that they will issue a refund for the unused days. Once I checked out and tried to get the refund I was put in touch with Mr.Rawat who kept passing the buck to Expedia and kept insisting somehow I am supposed to get Expedia to issue an amended voucher. Then after much back and forth with Expedia and iidl I managed to get Expedia to send them an email etc. Which Mr.Rawat confirmed and asked me for a couple of days time to issue the refund as they were waiting for an amended commission request from Expedia. I explained that the commission is purely a matter between Expedia and iidl and my refund should be issued. But he refused now after 2 months he has flatly refused to honor the refund claiming Expedia has not sent them a voucher.

Check-in process was efficient and the front desk was friendly and polite. Building and room condition was disappointing with dated furniture. I had some setup issues with the internet (which turned out an error on my part) but the front desk was very helpful and even walked up to my room to help with the setup. The hotel is not centrally located and, with Delhi traffic, at least 30 minutes drive from the city center (Connaught Place). There is, however, a Metro station conveniently located within walking distance.

Great value for money, location and property

I was on Business trip 13 days’ long , comfortable stay at spacious 1bedroom apartment equipped with kitchenette and washing machine , at very well connected location resulting in value for money. Front office has scope of improvements which could increase professionalism and be instrumental in harnessing the real potential of this property

My Flight was Cancelled by the Airlines to Philippines, so ended up cutting my trip short & flying back to USA, went to the hotel & told them the problem a week before check in to the hotel to cancel the booking, was also advised to let Expedia know about the problem & cancel the booking for a full refund, Expedia also did a very poor job in trying to reach the hotel to cancel the booking as they were not able to reach iiDL , when I called the Sales Manager Mr. Rawat he refused to cancel the booking & did not want to refund the 3 nights that I was unable to unvail. Do not trust the Indian counterparts once they get your money if you will ever get a refund. I or my friends would never recommend this hotel again. Stay away.

The location is outside of Delhi with limited choice for food unless you travel outwards, either to Noida or back to the city. Rooms are decent sized with good amenities of a suite/serviced apartment.

First of all your staff needs intensive customer service training and people love to have smile in front desk but we found good customer service in hotels restaurant very interesting. Customer service, friendly approach, open mind and ready to take any type of customer. But we found very tense and not a little smile. What is different between a man wearing in suit and has no customer service and a labor. Both are working if you show a illiterate man just handover key card n give show the room, he can do easily then why hired a professional literate man. So looks like this hotel staff need very intensive training and this hotel need very friendly people then why tense and frustrating doing job here
