Be aware there are 2 lemon tree hotels right next to each other. Their high end and budget one. I inadvertently booked the budget one as Expedia blurb wasn’t very clear and only realised there were 2 when we arrived. Basic one is incredibly basic, although staff were very helpful and room was sufficient for our quick overnight before onward travel.

Review My stay at lemon Tree hotel in aerocity was truly excellent! The comfort, amenities, and overall hospitality made my experience memorable. Everything was well-maintained, and I felt comfortable throughout my stay. What impressed me the most was the hotel’s inspiring employment policy of having approximately 70% of its housekeeping and other staff members who are deaf or hard of hearing. This commitment to creating an inclusive workplace and providing meaningful employment opportunities is truly commendable. It reflects the hotel’s dedication to social responsibility, dignity, and equal opportunities for people with disabilities.I highly appreciate this initiative and would gladly recommend this hotel to others. An outstanding experience in every sense.

Check in was slow and frustrating. I had booked a deluxe twin share room and was given a standard room with single queen size bed. Had to wait a long time to get it resolved. Unnecessary frustration to be checked in to the wrong room. Airport transfers supposed to be included but ended up paying multiple times for taxis.

The property was very clean, but it had an unfriendly smell, most likely the cleaning agent. The space above the toilet section also needs an exhaust. The buffet breakfast was very good. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.
