德里屬一屬二的商務及家庭旅遊公寓酒店
住宿的每一房間都附有客廳及簡單廚房,大冰箱及吧台或小圓桌,並且有非常多的儲藏設備. 所以非常方便同行的朋友在一起交談，用餐，同樂！ Room service 也好吃! 另超大連結的商場就在旅館樓下,非常非常方便逛街購物(從貴金屬到各種百貨衣飾家飾等）及喝下午茶等等… 美中不足,使用wifi一定要事先交涉～如何付費或爭取免費使用！ 再,該旅館之收费,不會比隔隣的「喜耒登」飯店便宜!! 仍鼓勵耒此一試！

I stayed at this property 10 years before and by Western standard it easily qualified for a 4 start hotel then. Now, 10 years later, I booked the same hotel for a near 1 month stay. The place has declined over time tremendously. I booked a suite. 1. Ten Years ago, suites had cooking facilities. These have since been removed. So if your intention is to be able to cook your own food, then these suites are not for you. 2. Bathroom. One of the most important rooms in a hotel is the bathroom. The standards have tremendously dropped. When have a shower, water would not drain quickly, so your feet, at times up to ankle level, are immersed in slow draining water. I complained about this a few times, but nothing changed, notwithstanding their plumbers attending to the problem. 4. The toilet is badly set, making sitting on the toilet a near squat. Luckily, the Select Citywalk Mall next door has clean and nice toilets so where time allows, you are better using the public toilet in the Mall. 5. Cleaning of rooms. In my so many years of international travel, this was my lowest experience. The lady cleaner on the 3rd floor was grossly incompetent. The bathroom had a stench even after she had cleaned. At times she would take used towels but forget to replace them with fresh ones. On 2 occasions, she forgot to put toilet paper. We had to call house keeping to be helped. While always courteous, their service was very slow. 6. Carpet in Corridors - Very dirty on 3rd floor.

Very quiet hotel with an exit right into the mall. Although, I checked out a day early with no refund provided, I'd still rate it 5 stars for their location and accessibility.

Because I arrived 5 hours before check-in time starts, this hotel charged a whole day extra or else I was asked to leave the property and come back after 5 hours! My reservation date and check-in date were the same day and I was forced to pay twice for one night!

I arrived on the same date as per my reservation, only 6 hours before check in time starts and this hotel charged a whole day extra fee for the same day I fully paid on my reservation or else the hotel staff asked me leave and come back when check in time starts.

Terrible Experience!
The only thing good about my stay at Svelte was the location. I can’t remember the last time I was so disappointed in a hotel. Where do I start - no towels, no drinking water in the room, no hair dryer and no iron, mind you I had booked the executive suite. The room was not clean as housekeeping had done a lazy job of cleaning the room from the people before my use. The coffee mugs had not been washed, just rinsed probably as their were stains in them that went when I washed them. The soap dish had been used as an ash tray, there was a small pool of urine next to the commode which I can only guess belonged to a child plus lots of cigarette ash around the toilet. I was booked on a non smoking floor but the corridor smelt of cigarettes and the fire alarm went off at 11pm because a guest on my floor was smoking in their room. Housekeeping knocked on my door at 1am with towels that were asked for by another room so apparently I was not the only room without towels. Room service for a cold drink took an hour even after giving them a reminder. The tv had no English entertainment or sports channels, they were all unavailable. I called the front desk and raised my complaints which weren’t looked into and I was too tired from hospital duty that I was doing for a relative to make a bigger fuss. I couldn’t wait to go to bed and leave in the morning. What a nightmare!

Staff was horrible! Cleaning was done in the room just made and left. Construction going on which the hotel failed to inform before checkin no compensation as well. Soap and shampoo no refill. Absolutely disappointing hotel. Do not book.

Over booking
Nice location. But they received over booking and we had to stay another hotel which they offered due to no room available.That hotel was 20min away and it was not good memory that we had to move in late night.

Used to be a great property some 2-3 years ago, but the rooms have downgraded quite a bit since then. Don't expect a 4/5 star kind of property anymore. Pros: 1. Great staff! Each one of them! 2. Good budget hotel for a short stay. It was clean, with comfy bad and large bathroom. At 8am we were woken up by constant banging sounds, it seems there is some refurbishment going on in the hotel.
