- Experience a bygone era as you pass stately gingerbread homes set back from slate sidewalks. The village has a lot to offer: Stock up on fresh fruit, fish, and baked goods at the Delhi Farmers Market on Wednesdays. Walk into an actual, 100-plus year old hardware store, or the Delhi Diner, probably just as old. Vintage and Antique stores are ubiquitous in the area. And there are new places to check out, too. Delhi, along with many small towns and villages in the area, is experiencing a resurgence, bringing talented restauranteurs and craftspeople from city to countryside. Come and explore, and enjoy.

Just Perfect
My husband and I were in town for a wedding. This studio apartment was perfect, as were the owners. Walking distance to good restaurants and shops for a nice afternoon stroll.
The house was painted the weekend we arrived and looks really nice.

Eric and Susan’s home is a gorgeous old Victorian down the block from the campus. The apartment they provided was immaculate and a home run for my trip. They have everything you need for a short or long trip! 100% I will use them again.

We stayed two nights at the beautiful studio apartment during move-in week at SUNY Delhi. Four minutes away. The studio was very clean and beautifully decorated. The owners were very nice as well as accommodating . We would definitely stay here again in the future. . Mike and Teresa. <3
