不满意：住宿条件和设施，员工和服务
It was overrated and staff was not helpful
Staff was not particularly helpful, we booked a room for 3 and we were only offered a double bed, which was actually made by two twin beds putting together. When we asked if an additional bed would be available, the staff said he needed to check, we checked with him again around 15 mins later after settling down and he said he still needed to check. OK, we then went out for sightseeing and returned to the place hours later. When we checked with him again, he said he can arrange an additional bed. After we all got a shower (BTW, it was barely called a hot water bath) and we went to the reception and checked again, he said he can't arrange the additional bed, and at the end, one of our friends needed to sleep on the "middle" of the double bed which are actually the rims of two twin beds.
The setting was clearly made for two people only as there are only two towels, two cups etc.
The room was next to the washroom on ground floor so we kept on hearing people walking in and out.
