“I loved the apartment - so nice. We didn't get to walk around the neighborhood but we did get to talk to one of the neighbors - she was great. She explained all about the parking rules in the neighborhood. It never occurred to us to ask. Due to a misunderstanding and a medical procedure that didn't go as smoothly as we had hoped, we could not climb stairs and needed to quickly get a room elsewhere. There is a kitchen but the only pots and pans were so worn and damaged they were not usable. Cabinet doors were missed and damaged. The dish sponge was old and in need of replacement. There were no garbage bags or cleaning supplies provided. It is an apartment below a family of 8 with 6 kids. These kids are active and can be heard running until 2am.……
