“We stayed one night after an exhausting 8 mile kayaking adventure. The property was safe, clean and just as described. The only thing I didn’t realize when I booked it is that the condo was on the second floor so we had to go up a flight of stairs. The beds were comfortable and I was very impressed with the bed linens and pillows because they were nice and it felt like home. I didn’t get a check-in/welcome email from Vrbo like I usually do so I called the property owner and she was very……

“That property should be condemned. That laundry room needs a new washing machine. The washing machine has to be unplugged, allowed to power off, and then be restarted. Even then that washer is still difficult to start. The apartment itself was livable for a few days but not more than a week. The location is wonderful in downtown Sanford. I honestly would not recommend renting this place again.”
