The front desk staff was having a hard time with the computer system finding our reservation even tho I had the printed out papers as well as the on line confirmation. 20 later they got us checked in. The room was clean but very basic. No blow dryer or coffee pot, towels were minimal for 2 people. The shower control was not grouted in and was hard to regulate water temperature. 「Amazing customer service from the live-in manager and his staff. Available all hours of the day and night with great recommendations for food and activities. Property is a little on the weathered side but was extremely suitable for a stay. Beds were quite comfortable even though the frame was a popping metal that made noises at every movement. 「We stayed for one night on our way to Miami. It looks like they are in the middle of renovating the property. The outside is a little shabby but the rooms were super clean and up to date! We were able to walk from our room right out onto the beach. The pool was empty and in disrepair on our visit but we weren't interested in that amenity. If you are, you may want to check on that. Overall great stay and totally worth the price of admission!」

Obviously I knew going in that the bar should be set pretty low because it is a Motel 6–but this place seriously needs to be checked out by the health department.
