I don’t write ugly reviews about properties because I understand the problems of owning rental units. However we had one small difficulty as dog feces was in the carpet ( our dog smelled right away) . We cleaned it up. However the real problem with this rental was all the rules/fees associated cleaning. Before we left we stripped our bed of linens and began to put them in the washer. This is where we found a pair of dirty men’s socks ( not mine) in our sheets on the bed we slept in . With all the problems with COVID it was pretty clear that the sheets were not changed since who knows how many guest. This lack of cleaning exhibits a deep disregard for guest health and safety. As a family who lost several members to COVID I find this a huge disregard for normal safety and borderlines a criminal negligence. I say this as someone who has rented many homes ( far more expensive than this one) around the world and never once saw such lack of care about cleanliness.
Stayed 3 nights in May 2021
