Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
The unit needs to be updated, especially the carpeting. The livable space is small and there is not adequate storage in the kitchen for the pots and pans and there is no place for purchased groceries. It was quiet and safe. Would not return here or recommend.

What a nice little place

I booked this thinking we could easily get back to North Cascades, but fell into the stunning area of Mt Baker Snoqualmie National forest. Loved the community. Pool/jacuzzi. Wonderful by the river. Just some very little things that I shared on the feedback paper in the condo that might be helpful. Kitchen well stocked with cookware and dining ware. It would be helpful to let your renters know if possible power outages. We had a short one, no big deal, but the book with all the wonderful detailed info was on the bottom shelf of the cocktail table. You should definitely have that someplace prominent. It was a wealth of information!! thank you for the cozy stay.

The cost substantially outweighed the accommodation especially considering having to take garbage out, do the dishes and the laundry.

Cozy condo

We enjoyed our stay at the Snowater community. The condo, parking, rec areas were well maintained. We loved the trails along the river and will come back here again.
