I was able to get that reversed (days later) when I communicated that I did not utilize their parking as my son lives in the apartments next door. This hotel has gone down hill in the last few years and does not represent the Hilton standards or the rates that they are charging."

"For the second time staying at the Hotel Indigo I was assigned a room in their annex building, requiring to walk across the parking lot to get to the room. Multiple issues with getting access to the room, heat did not work and room was not well below standards for cleanliness. I will not be staying here again. "
