"I am unhappy how the Hotel treats returning guests this was my third stay and again they assign me the worst room just on top of the construction scaffolding only after i asked for a room change they did something, the gym is dissapointing and next door Sakura Yower you need to lay extra for gym usage that’s unjustified as room rate are on luxury hotel
level such basic amenities should be included i don’t think i come back had enough"
