“Overall not bad, but things let it down. Phone signal is awful, and there if no Wi-Fi as described. Great area with lovely views. Read reviews from earlier this year about the cleanliness, and hoped that as many months had passed this would have changed, but sadly not. The whole place needs a deep clean. Dust, spider webs, dead insects, clothing tags found all over the house. Vinyl floors all slippy and dangerous. Reported an issue with downstairs toilet light that still wasn’t resolved and……

“The property was not a 'cottage' as advertised but a top floor apartment. The property is a detached building split into 2 apartments. Tanglewood is the top apartment and Treetops is the bottom apartment. Tanglewood was a lovely, spacious and clean apartment with everything provided. I had trouble with the key box on arrival but the owner came out immediately to help me and then showed me around the apartment. Plenty of parking on the road outside.”

“The owner did everything to make our stay comfortable, good to have a break from stresses of Covid. Very clean and well ordered.”

“Extremely spacious and well equipped with one exception, given the unusually warm weather—no AC, some fans, and no screens on windows that do open. The garden has a knockout location right on the river and some rooms also have this gorgeous view, including the huge bathroom with freestanding tub. There are however a lot of stairs. Kitchen is on lowest floor. Entry and dining and parlor are on street level, and there is no bathroom on that floor. So it’s a trek from kitchen to loo. The top floor……
