Location is great and staff were lovely. But the hotel is very dated. The outside of the fridge was very dirty - I didn’t complain though as the inside was clean so I suppose that’s what matters. It felt like I paid a lot for something basic - but there aren’t too many accommodation options.

Hotel is in a good location. Room was spacious but the whole place is in desperate need of a makeover.

Sadly, the whole 4 nights we were there, our beds were never made. After 3 days I had to ask for some clean towels. The shower around the bottom of the walls to the floor could do with some bleach and a good clean. Loved the location and meals were awesome

Solo senior, overnight stay after week at Steep Point, departing flight to Perth next day. Twin room, spotless, well appointed, equipped and that used worked well. Staff permitted half hour early check in, which was excellent to have a warm, non salt water shower! Comfortable bed, quiet and efficient aircon in large room, no outside noise. Requested a longer stay in room past normal check out time due to 4.00pm flight departure, this was also granted, which further improved the experience. To management and staff, well done and many thanks. B

Hotel staff was accommodating and friendly. The location is great, right across the beach. Make sure to call ahead for dinner at The Old Pearler. Best food in town, supposedly, but small, so they don't take walk-ins.
