We loved everything, really clean, fully equipped and cozy house that made us feel at home, amazing area, nice beach and supermarket just round the corner. Loved the town, where people is very friendly, and Isaac from the agency was very kind and professional. Perhaps renew the coffee maker

La casa es muy bonita y muy tranquila para poder descansar cerca del centro, restaurantes y supermercados.La playa muy cerca y la piscina una maravilla. A la casa le falta un poco de mantenimiento, algunas paredes están descolchadas y con humedad. Una limpieza general también le vendría bien.

Casa independiente sin ruidos

La casa en general está bastante bien y la piscina individual para disfrutar en verano junto a las tumbonas y mesa del jardín (nosotros no pudimos usar nada de eso por el mal tiempo). El sistema de entrada y salida es muy cómodo también, así como el poder meter el coche. Se agradece tener dos baños completos, además en muy buen estado. Se agradece mucho no escuchar ni un sólo ruido para dormir (no sé si en pleno verano será igual). La distancia al pueblo (el camino por carretera no es muy agradable) pero no es algo insalvable. Al margen de la gran sensación de humedad dentro de la casa (también propia de la zona), pequeñas cosas de la mayoría de las casas de vacaciones, a mejorar algún colchón y sobretodo el sofá, pero el conjunto de la casa está bien.

Todo. El chalet es una maravilla. Tiene espacio para estacionar un coche o dos. La piscina limpísima. El porche con las tumbonas, ademas de la mesa con sombrilla incorporada, hacen la estancia muy cómoda en el exterior. Por dentro, la cocina es nueva, con todo lo necesario (lavavajillas, microondas, tostadora, menaje amplio y variado). Además teníamos varios detalles de bienvenida: kit de limpieza, leche, agua, aceite, azúcar, magdalenas… Todo un detalle a resaltar. El salón comedor es muy espacioso y cómodo. Todo está nuevo. Tiene 3 habitaciones con armarios suficientes, mucha luz, camas muy cómodas y 2 baños completos totalmente reformados. En la parte de detrás de la vivienda hay un paellero, una mesa estupenda con sillas cómodas, para pasar allí una jornada culinaria. También está una especie de caseta con enseres de hogar y la lavadora. Adicionalmente el personal de Ana Casa es encantador, siempre atentos e intentando adaptarse a nuestras necesidades extra. Estamos felices con este descubrimiento y estamos deseando poder repetir pronto! Gracias por todo. Realmente nada. Quizá que la fianza no sea un cargo en firme, solo una retención para poder recuperar antes el importe. De hecho aún estamos esperándolo, ya que tardará unos 10 días en reembolsarse. Pero realmente esto no es relevante, la vivienda y la experiencia lo valen. Todo ha sido perfecto. Da gusto tratar con profesionales así.

La casa tiene todos los servicios, ubicación perfecta y muy tranquila, puedes ir andando a comprar y la playa a 5 minutos Par mí lo único a mejorar es que la piscina tuviera un limpia fondos,por lo demás la casa está perfecta

Decidimos decantarnos por esta casa por la distancia a la playa y por la comodidad de tener piscina y una bbq, apenas salimos de la casa,recomendada para grupos de amigos ya que tiene de todo y la playa a pocos metes de la casa. Lo único que nos decepcionó fue el camino hacia el centro,no está lejos pero al ser ya Septiembre no habia casi gente por las calles hasta llegar al puerto y no es el mejor tramo para ir de noche. No dudariamos en volver a coger esta casa.

Häuschen in ruhigem Quartier und doch sehr Stadt nah

Charmantes Haus mit gemütlicher und kompletter Ausrüstung. Sogar ein Bügeleisen war vorhanden. Wir haben es sehr genossen, wir waren in 10 Minuten am Strand und genossen dort den Schatten der Palmen. Auch war toll, dass wir in 20 Gehminuten bereits in der Stadt waren! Sehr zu empfehlen! Die einzigen Mängel waren, dass es keine Mückengitter hatte an den Fenster und die Mücken im Herbst massenhaft vorhanden waren und das es sehr wenig Grün ums Haus hat, sprich keine Pflanzen.

Lovely property

Lovely little property and well equipped. However, we do think this house would benefit from air conditioning. Whilst the ceiling fans are quite effective, aircon would be better and much more comfortable and would also help keeping mosquitos out! The pool is small and ideal for cooling off in. Supermarket, restaurants all within easy walking distance and Denia town centre about 20 minutes walk, so the house is well situated.

El chalet, la parcela y la piscina no son grandes pero cumplen bien su función. Esta muy bien decorado y muy bien equipado. La zona es buena, con la playa, restaurantes y supermercado muy cercanos. En 10-15 minutos andando estas en el centro.

Short break

The property feels like it's been recently renovated and to a very good standard. It is very close to the beach - 10 min walk and close to some restaurants and small bars. Denia centre is a 40 min walk or 5 minute taxi. Overall we had a great time in this property and the location suited our purpose. Would certainly recommend and plan to return in the near future.
