El dúplex (escaleras) esta bien acondicionado, ...

El dúplex (escaleras) esta bien acondicionado, sobre todo las dos terrazas son magnificas, la principal es de lujo, con toldo, barbacoa, hamacas , una mesa estupenda para comer y otra mesita con sofás, todo ello acompañado de unas buenas vistas. Edificio sin ascensor, muchas escaleras para subir con peso o con niños pequeños o carritos. La urbanización bien cuidada , tranquila y todo el mundo muy respetuoso . Zona de piscina con jardín muy agradable, con duchas y aseo. Horario de piscina muy amplio, 9:00- 15:30 y de 17:30 a 00:00 La playa muy cerca, pero con un paso incomodo de carretera muy transitada ( Agosto) y sin regular (ni paso de cebra ni semáforo cercano) El centro de Denia a 30 min de paseo. Para repetir sin lugar a dudas.

Great but hot

Nice apartment close to the beach, restaurants and grocery. The pool area nice and calm. The large terrace with a great view but to hot to use when the sun was burning, some more shelter should make it better.

In dieser Wohnung ist alles, was man braucht. Die Wohngegend ist ruhig und das Zentrum ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Strand ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir waren über Silvester dort und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Kommen gerne wieder.

Hemos estado tranquilos y cómodos. Tiene dos terrazas grandes, desde las cuales tendréis vistas al mar y muy cerca está la playa, supermercado, sitios para comer, cenar, sin necesidad de coger el coche. Para los que tengas mascotas como nosotros, indicarles que las admiten. Conociendo Dénia, nos parece de las mejores zonas.

Die Wohnung hat eine phantastische Lage...das Meer ist fussläufig erreichbar, tolle Aussicht von der Terrasse, sehr ruhig, sehr gepflegte Anlage, schöne Möbelierung im Innen-sowie Aussenbereich, großer Pool. Für alle Männer, es gibt ein kleinen Weber-Grill ;)Negativ: ein stabiler Sonnenschirmständer wäre dringend nötig!!! Die Wohnung ist super schön und kann ich nur weiterempfehlen...ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder!!! :)

Voor een mooi, rustig, ruim appartement met een uitstekende ligging vlak bij het strand en een schitterend zwembad bij het complex hoef je niet verder te zoeken. Wij zijn hier dit jaar voor de vijfde keer op rij geweest en hebben weer een prima vakantie gehad.

Mooi appartement, zee en strand dichtbij, mooi zwembad en bijbehorende tuin, supermarkt om te hoek, park/speeltuintje in de buurt. Leuk voor gezinnen met (kleine) kinderen. Kinderbedjes en kinderstoelen waren van goede kwaliteit. Traphekje ontbreekt, maar dit is op te lossen door iets voor de trap te zetten. Wasmachine op het balkon voor privegebruik is ideaal. Groot balkon met uitzicht ook perfect. Planken op het balkon stonden echter hier en daar omhoog en zaten los dat is niet veilig dit is gemeld aan de verhuurder. Ook de parasolpoot was gebogen daardoor bij een beetje wind niet te gebruiken. Trage service bij melding van lekkage van een airco unit. Centrum van Denia is nog wel zo'n 30 minuten lopen. Met de auto ben je er zo. Denia is een erg leuk authentiek stadje met een grote haven en vele restaurants.
