Ruhe und Natur abseits der Hektik

Die Lage ist ein Traum der Blick auf den Berg und das Naturschutzgebiet . Ruhige Nachbarn alles gut . Gute Ausstattung alles da was man braucht inkl Gasgrill. Der Sonnenschirm hatte einen Defekt und die Pergola müsste erneuert werden. War aber für und kein grosses Problem .

Außergewöhnlich schön!

Die Lage ist perfekt, auch wenn es ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto nach Denia ist. Als Ausgleich erhält man Ruhe und einen super Ausblick. Das Haus ist sehr persönlich, hochwertig und vollständig ausgestattet. Genug Klimaanlagen. Absoluter Wohlfühlplatz. Die Technik der Gastherme ist marode, was zu ausfällen führte und sollte überholt werden. Wir haben es gerne selber provisorisch geregelt. no problemo..Sonst gibt es sicher gar nichts zu verbessern. Alles perfekt!

Der Urlaub hätte noch länger dauern können!!

Sehr schönes gepflegtes Ferienhaus in sehr ruhiger Umgebung,mit grandioser Aussicht,alles vorhanden was man braucht und sogar noch mehr,stabiles Internet, nicht einsehbarer Pool ,zwei Badezimmer und drei Zimmer mit Klimaanlage zum entspannten schlafen.ein riesen Kühlschrank in der Küche perfekt für den Großeinkauf!! Vielleicht die Garage mit vermieten, für größere Fahrzeuge leider kein Platz auf dem Grundstück,Platz nur für ein kleines Fahrzeug ohne Garage,sonst kann man das Tor nicht abschließen!!

Schöne Lage mit blick auf das Meer Sehr ruhig und man ist für sich das Grundstücks ist für Fermde kaum einsehbar. Alles in allem ideal für eine schönen und Ruhigen Urlaub. Und Carlosferien würde ich immer wieder weiter empfehlen sehr Freundlich und unkompliziert. Bei uns war alles Top

Vue exceptionnelle pour des vacances depaysantes et au calme à proximité immédiate de la ville de Dé

La vue, la vue, LA VUE (sur le Montgo et sur le port de Dénia) ! Génial ! La terrasse supérieure pour les repas. La piscine pour se rafraichir. Pas de vis à vis, et une impression "de bout du monde" ! La proximité de Dénia. Les équipements (lave linge, lave vaisselle, grand frigidaire congélateur, climatisation des chambres, internet, 2 salles de bain) Le tarif "tout compris" rassurant et sans surprise. ... et en plus une agence à l'écoute, réactive, des vrais PROFESSIONNELS ! Bravo Je jardin autour de la piscine sur l'arrière peu entretenu et peu utilisable. L'accès à la machine à laver avec la machinerie de la piscine d'accès un peu difficile. Peut-être un micro-onde pour réchauffer rapidement ou décongeler.

Sommerurlaub im MARQUESA JJ

Sie schwimmen im Pool und genießen den einmaligen Blick auf den Montgo. Von der Terrasse aus schauen Sie über Denia direkt auf den Hafen. Ein Fernglas sollte in diesem Urlaub nicht fehlen. Die abendlichen Winde sind eine willkommene Abwechslung, allerdings auch eine Herausforderung für ein gemütliches Abendessen unter freiem Himmel. Marquesa liegt abseits des Trubels und ist nur mit einem Auto zu erreichen. Marquesa ist unsere Wahl! Danke an das Team von Carlosferien.

Ferien im Juli 2018

Ein ruhiges, sehr komfortables, Ferienhaus in den Bergen von Denia. Das Haus verfügt über viele Möglichkeiten Sonne und Schatten zu genießen. Die angenehmen Nachmittagswinde sind erfrischend, jedoch nach Intensität nicht immer geeignet, abends auf der Terrasse zu speisen.

La recomendaría sin ninguna duda.

Lo que más me ha gustado y más que eso impresionado han sido las vistas , creo que tendrías que potenciar más este aspecto por que desayunar , bañarte , comer o simplemente relajarte con esas maravillosas vistas al parque natural del Montgo es increible. En limpieza he puesto correcto por que a la hora de coger platos para comer me encontré que había varios que tenían resto de comida , entiendo que no tienen que revisar plato por plato a ver si están bien limpios, pero ya que preguntan....
