We had a fantastic stay. The apartment was well equipped, clean and well furnished. We enjoyed the terrace area and easy access to the pool. The air conditioning was very effective. Pleasant walk to the marina and Denia centre. Supermarkets 5 mins away maximum.

De slaapkamer met de twee 1 persoonsbedden zijn wat klein voor volwassenen. Dat stond er niet bij in de advertentie. Verder net een schoon appartement met een lekker terras en gedeeld zwembad.

Mooi nieuw appartement

Het is geen vakantie vakantie complex maar een complex waar Spanjaarden wonen. Maar daar heb je geen last van. Parkeergarage en goede beveiliging.

Little Gem - great value for money

We had the best stay. The property is very central, modern, clean and very well maintained. The property manager was very efficient and responded so quickly and was immensely helpful. We will definitely stay here again.

Fantastic apartment!

Loved our one week stay here. Apartment was as described. Very handy for walking into town . Loads of lovely bars and restaurants. Jayne was the perfect host.

Well located winter break

Property well located in quiet and convenient location for all amenities. However nice terrace space with furniture did not get the sun during day for our stay December - January which made it very cool in shade despite 17/20 degrees in sun. Property had comfortable bed, however bedroom one requires more drawer space. Lounge was basic and a little stark as no curtains with limited soft lighting. Also TV was too small to see clearly (unless 20/20 vision) and intermittent signal from wi-fi causing screen to freeze or lag in evenings. Sofa was basic and a little tied and would be cramped for 4 adults staying. Kitchen well equipped. Ladybird Villas host was friendly, welcoming and helpful. Overall good stay but would want look for more home comforts.

Excellent apartment

New, well furnished and equipment apartment. Excellent having a pool onsite which was very quiet at all times. Fantastic outside space where we relaxed most evenings. Loved Denia old town with its castle and the marina area with lots of restaurants and bars. Would recommend Movida for a special evening meal. Tapas Alley & the Mercado A Fresca dinning area near the water front. Great area for any avid cyclists.

Brilliant 2 week summer stay

A fantastic apartment in a great complex. Clean and tidy on arrival with a great informative handover from Jayne. A perfect location for walking to the marina and town with no complaints from our teenagers. The pool was never busy and so close we could dip in and out during the day. We’d have no hesitation recommending it and are in fact booking again already for next year.

Family trip to Denia

Apartment was great, however the swimming pool was undergoing maintenance so was unavailable. Location fantastic- easy walk to marina and shops. Would definitely go back.

Stayed here for 1 month the apartment is fantastic everything you need for a long term stay, 2 big supermarkets on the doorstep location to the town & port really good, Jayne was a great host very informative and knowledgeable about the area look to return in 2025

Great time

Overall was an amazing stay, great location Jayne was as the reviews say, awesome. Property had a few issues which were mainly fixed whilst we were there. Was not aware there was no cleaner in the winter and apparently you have to pay addiontal bills in the winter. Other than this it was exactly what we expected and in one word Great.

die Wohnung ist nicht wie angegeben „brandneu“, sondern fast 10 Jahre alt. Die Einrichtung ist spartanisch, Töpfe zerkratzt, Küchenutensilien verbrannt oder verrostet, Bettwäsche passt nicht. Die Anzeige sagt nichts über die Lage aus; das Haus steht voll gen Norden, sodass auf die Terrasse nie ein Schimmer Sonne hinkommt. Im November war es dadurch zu kalt um draußen zu sitzen. Es gibt keine Strandtücher, mussten wir kaufen. Wir hatten uns sehr auf diese auf den Fotos schöne Wohnung gefreut, schade, dass es eine Enttäuschung war.

First class

The property was clean and had everything that was required for a very comfortable stay. The Wifi was reliable and the ability to access UK TV programs a real bonus. Being close to the town centre and the Marina was very handy. Nothing else to add - it was just first class.

Excellent apartment

This apartment was very clean and modern with easy access to the marina the only thing I would say is the apartment is not brand new as stated. There is a lot of building work going on to the front of the property and a constant banging in the distance during the day.

Centraal gelegen appartement in rustig complex.

We hadden een fijn verblijf in dit appartement. De accommodatie was heel goed uitgerust en ideaal gelegen. Dichtbij het centrum, de haven, winkels en het strand. Het appartement is gelegen op het gelijkvloers wat heel handig is met kleine kinderen. Zij kunnen vlot van en naar het zwembad. Het is ook een heel rustig en net complex. Jayne was ook vlot bereikbaar en hielp snel bij de wifi-problemen. Enige nadeel was dat de airco elk uur uitviel. Vooral 's nachts met de hoge temperaturen was dit niet zo aangenaam.

Lovely apartment

Great apartment in a good location and very well kitted out with all that you need when renting. We rented during November and December and the only downside was that the terrace was never in the sun the whole day.
