Lovely small Apartment

The apartment was on the ground floor with easy access to the back porch with gardens and pool area. It was tastefully furnished and had all equipment needed. It was clean and had a good heating system which we needed in March. Ample size for a couple and little dog(us). Would be too small for larger group. Had a bit of trouble getting the English channels on the tv as no instructions but the owner helped via the telephone. Although many channels listed in English only the news channels available. Had a very enjoyable few days here. Didn't see anyone as there was a good system set up for getting the keys and when we left just had to leave keys on the table. All very easy.

Todo fenomenal, ya habíamos estado anteriormente, y la propietaria ha introducido muchas mejoras con respecto a la vez anterior. El apartamento está muy coqueto y limpio. La urbanización muy cuidada, ideal con niños pequeños, puesto que la piscina infantil está Justo frente al porche de la vivienda.

Eine sehr charmante Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist ein echtes Schmuckstück, mit allem ausgestattet was man sich denken kann. Vom Toaster bis zum Bügelbrett hat man alles parat. Leider sind wir eine Woche früher abgereist da das Wetter im April nicht so prickelnd war. Ansonsten ein großes Lob an die Vermieterin. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Lovely apartment-close to the beach and other amenities

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment. It is small but was perfect for two of us with a dog. The location is excellent and the environment of the apartment is tranquil with the setting around the attractive pool an oasis of calm and colourful flowers (at the time of year that we stayed) There is a blend of Spanish and other nationalities which is most pleasing. We found the owner to be attentive to detail and appreciated the little touches that made us feel welcome.

Every detail was perfect.

Maria has a beautiful apartment and it is very nicely appointed. One of the few places we have stayed in Spain that has enough blankets. There is nothing she has overlooked. I very highly recommend this place; it’s our favorite so far!

Small but perfect

I loved this small garden apartment. It was nicely decorated and very comfortable. Good quality appliances and thoughtfully equipped. A very comfortable bed and nice linens and towels. The view out to the pool was delightful. The only downside for me was that because I was a winter rental there was no sun to the living area at all, only to the bedroom and bathroom.

Buen apartamento y muy bien situado

Es el tercer año que viajo a este apartamento y cada vez me gusta más, su situación muy cerca de la playa, el ambiente familiar de la urbanización y la atención de la dueña que es excepcional, haciéndonos la estancia muy agradable, cada año introduce pequeños cambios y pequeños detalles. Sin duda volverá a repetir el año que viene, de hecho ya tengo hecha la reserva.

Wir waren Ende Dezember bis Anfang Januar in Denia, durch das liebevoll gestaltete Apartment haben wir uns wohlgefühlt und konnten uns dort sehr gut erholen. Der wirklich nette Kontakt mit der Vermieterin rundete es ab. Obwohl die Kontaktsprache Spanisch ist und ich leider nur wenige Wörter in dieser Sprache spreche, haben wir uns mit Übersetzung von Google wunderbar verständigt. Dieses Appartement ist also gut zu empfehlen.

appartement bien meublé sans être surchargé. résidence idéale pour se reposer (hors SAISON bien sûr... je ne connais pas durant l'été) piscine au bord de l'appartement plage sans fin très proche (100 m à peine à pieds) commerces et pharmacie où l'on peut également se rendre à pieds. Si nous avions voulu, la voiture aurait pu rester sans bouger tout notre séjour, garée en sécurité dans la résidence. A conseiller pour 1 couple (1 canapé pour coucher 1 ou 2 enfants)

séjour correspondant tout à fait à nos attentes

Cet appartement est idéal pour un couple, et en période "hors-saison", situé dans une résidence arborée très calme... "on entend le silence !" Nous avons passé un séjour tout à fait conforme à nos attentes, tout était là pour nous y aider : la mer à portée de pieds... les commerçants à portée de panier... les restaurants (2 proches) à portée de bouches et la piscine aux pieds de l'appartement, meublé juste ce qu'il faut et bien équipé. Nous remercions Roberto pour ses différentes interventions, et Loly pour son aide ponctuelle. NOUS VOUS RECOMMANDONS ce lieu bien agréable pour nous Hors-Saison.

Han sido unas vacaciones muy gratas. Nos ha encantado el apartamento, muy cómodo y muy limpio.

Sencillamente estupendo

Estuvimos invitados por unos amigos tan solo un día y una noche y tengo que decir que quedé encantada, nosotros estábamos de vacaciones en Benidorm y nos llamaron, tengo que decir que quede encantada, lo mejor del apartamento el porche junto con los jardines y la piscina y el hecho de estar tan cerca de la playa y de algunos restaurantes. Fui con mi padre a pasar un par de días y elegimos este apartamento porque nos habían hablado de él, no nos decepcionó es guay cerquita de la playa y lo mejor del salón a la piscina y a los jardines, lo recomiendo y si puedo repetiré.
