Sehr Schön 🤩

Schon mehrfach einen sehr angenehmen Urlaub in diesem Haus verbracht, für Hunde-Besitzer perfekt , zu Fuß zum Strand ️ , ruhige Lage ohne direkten Nachbarn gepflegtes Haus & Grundstück. Restaurants, Stadt Denia & Einkaufsmöglichkeiten schnell erreichbar Eigentlich nur Kleinigkeiten: Sofa im Haus etwas ausgesessen ebenso Matratze im oberen Schlafzimmer, da die Preise in der Tourismusbranche die letzten Jahre stark angestiegen sind könnte man da eventuell etwas nachbessern Mal wieder eine Schere ️ & eine vernünftige Grillzange mitgebracht & zurückgelassen mal schauen ob beim nächsten Mal noch vorhanden

Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus Las Ranas vom 20.01. bis 23.03.24

Das FH Las Ranas hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Die Betreuung über Carlos Ferien war vorbildlich bei Fragen gab es immer einen Ansprechpartner und auftretende Probleme wurden, wenn möglich, zeitnah behoben. Einzig die Spülmaschine bedarf einer Kritik. Die Hygiene ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig und die Spülmaschine stank. Das Geschirr kam überzogen von einem Kalkbelag heraus. Nachdem wir selbst versuchten, die Maschine mit Spülmaschinenreiniger zu säubern, das aber misslang, kam jemand von Carlos Ferien heraus und versuchte es selber, aber ohne Erfolg. Man sagte uns, die Spülmaschine würde nach unserer Abreise ausgetauscht, was ich natürlich nicht kontrollieren kann. Außer dieser einen Sache gibt es nichts zu bemängeln und ich kann das Haus sehr empfehlen. Auch unsere Hunde fühlten sich dort wohl.

Die Villa mit ihrer Lage und Ausstattung ist einfach fantastisch. In der ruhigen Umgebung lässt es sich super entspannen und Kraft tanken für die arbeitsreichen Wochen danach. Ich würde alles so lassen.

La piscina, el jardin, el cenador con barbacoa. Y la tranquilidad y la cercania a la playa. La bañera hidromasajes no ha funcionado en los dos años que he ido. El menaje de cocina muy viejo. La limpieza es altamente mejorable. Por lo demas muy bien,volveremos.

Sehr schöne Finca

Sehr schönes Haus an toller Lage. Neuer Sichtschutz bei der Einzäunung. Gartenanlage und Pool sehr gepflegt. Evtl. Klimaanlage auch im Wohnzimmer. Das untere Schlafzimmer ist sehr einfach eingerichtet. Allenfalls mit einer Kommode / Spiegel etc. ausstatten.

Größe der Unterkunft,toller großer Pool, keine direkten Nachbarn,gute Erreichbarkeit von Strand,Stadt und Sulermärkten. Pflege von Pool und Garten. Ausstattung des Ferienhauses. Reibungslose Schlüsselübergabe und netter Kontakt zum Carlosferien-Team. Ein Sonnenschirm wäre für den Gartentisch noch toll gewesen und bequemere Stühle für draußen. Aber das sind nur Kleinigkeiten.

Eine Auszeit für Mensch & Tier

es war ein großes super gut eingezäumtes Grundstück. für unsere zwei Hunde ein Traum. das Haus hatte für uns wenig Wohlfülkarakter da es sehr hellhörig war. Was in der Beschreibung stehen sollte wenn man nicht so mit Tieren kann, dass es vorne durch den Pferdehof und die großen Hunde und weiter hinten eine Hundepension zu viel Gebelle kommen kann. Da wir auch zwei Hunde dabei hatten war es die ersten Tage schon heftig. Doch unsere Hunde haben es dann verstanden.
