Sehr schöne Villa. Der Ausblick ist traumhaft. Überall viel Platz. Schöner Garten.

Es war mal wieder sehr schön. Vor 2 Jahren waren wir auch schon in der Villa. Einfach nur herrlich. Auflagen für die Liegen. Der Sonnenschirm sollte mal erneuert werden. Ansonsten alles TOP

La ubicación, piscina, amplitud de la zona ajardinada, equipamiento de menaje de cocina, climatizacion excepto el segundo dormitorio que no dispone, mobiliario de terraza. Los cerramientos de aluminio y las puertas de salida a la terraza desde el salón, olor a humedad en los dormitorios, ausencia de climatizacion en el segundo dormitorio, poner en marcha el motor de la puerta corredera de entrada.

Seaside villa, October 2022

Location superb. About 20 mins on foot to the town centre with all the marvellous restaurants beautiful views of the sea front. Agents helpful. Large and spacious property and gardens. Very private. There are two individual bathrooms, each with toilet and shower as well as those, the single room has an en-suite bathroom and one of the doubles has an en-suite toilet. Villa is quite sparsely furnished ie sharp knives, chopping boards, pillows etc for such a lovely property. Sofa in the inside living area is rather tired and wouldn’t be sufficient comfortable internal seating for a fully occupied house. Key collection and return something of a nuisance as it involves visiting the agents office in town, rather than secure drop boxes at the property which are often used in other areas.

Super Lage, näher am Meer geht nicht! Haus sehr sauber. Das Team von carlosferien war sehr engagiert bei Problem mit der Waschmaschine. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Haben noch Kuchengabeln und weiteres Schneidebrett gekauft, da nicht vorhanden.

Die Lage ist top. Der Ausblick super. Theoretisch kann alles zu Fuß erledigt werden. Jederzeit wieder. Die Ausstattung würde für 5 Personen nicht reichen und das ein oder andere fehlt auch. Insgesamt etwas abgewohnt.

Ferienhaus in wunderbarer Lage am Strand

Der Standort des Hauses ist top. Fast direkt am wenig besuchten Sandstrand, nur mit der Fußgängerpromenade dazwischen. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse inklusive Sonnenauf- und untergänge ist wunderbar. Restaurants, Hafen und Stadt sind in 10 bis 30 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Der Außenbereich des Hauses ist gepflegt und der Pool ist wegen vieler Bäume und Sträucher überdacht. Leider war bei unserem Aufenthalt die Elektrik des Rolltores zum Grundstück defekt, sodass das Tor per Hand auf und zugeschoben werden musste. Bei der Ankunft mussten wir erstmal die volle Spülmaschine ausräumen, Töpfe und Pfannen in den Schränken waren nicht sauber, was unsere Freude etwas dämpfte. Hinzu kamen Spinnweben in den Zimmerecken und Scherben auf dem Boden, die wir zum Glück früh entdeckten. Um das Haus auf- bzw. abzusperren gab es verschiedene Türen mit entsprechend verschiedenen Schlüsseln und Riegeln. Diese klemmten sehr oft, einige Schließsysteme in den Schiebetüren funktionierten gar nicht. Da sehen wir dringenden Nachbesserungsbedarf. Eine Außenlampe am Terrassen-Platz, um abends am Tisch etwas lesen oder spielen zu können, wäre toll (die Baulampe war wenig romantisch). Grundsätzlich hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub, da die Lage des Hauses die Nachteile auf jeden Fall wett machte.

Direkt am Meer

Die Lage ist genial, direkt am Strand, von der Terrasse einen tollen Blick aufs Meer und in Richtung Denia... Die Inhaber und ihr Team sind Topp, reagieren schnell auf Fragen und oder Probleme, so ging das Schiebetor nicht auf und R... kam um Mitternacht um das Problem zu lösen!!!

Vacaciones en familia.

En general la casa es muy bonita,la tranquilidad y la ubicación.Tiene mucho terreno. Primera línea de playa. Las persianas de madera que no cierran. Y el tema de la de luz, que aunque costa en el contrato, te cobran si te pasas de lo que ellos estiman que es normal en la semana. Usando los electrodomésticos básicos, sin poner ni el aire ni la calefacción, te pasas. Algunos problemillas de cosas que no funcionaban pero que rápidamente atendieron. Agradecimiento a Kevin por todas sus atenciones. Un saludo. Pilar.
