Schön aber .....
Die Finca liegt über der Stadt, traumhafter Ausblick.
In 10 min ist man in Denia.
Die Ausstattung im Haus ist gutes ist alles da was man so braucht
Aber wie so oft ist alles ziemlich verwöhnt und abgenutzt etliches müsste Instndgesetzt oder ersetzt oder Renoviert werden.
Was für diesen Preis der Finca aber ein echtes no go ist das eine Klimaanlage fehlt. Außer Lüfter an der Decke gibt es nichts. Das ist vor allem Nachts ein Problem wenn die Temperatur nicht unter 30c sinkt. Wir haben einen schönen Urlaub gehabt und er Weber Grill funktioniert 1A.
Die Sitz möbel müsste man dringend ersetzen.
Renovierung Pool hat viele riesige Stellen und es fehlen Fliesen
Sitz möbel auf der Terrasse ersetzen sind defekt
Oberes Garagentor muss instand gesetzt werden
Klimaanlage für die Schlafzimmer wäre toll

Sehr zu empfehlen!
Marquesa ZI ist ein aussergewöhnlich gepflegtes und schönes Haus in einer Hanglage (zuoberst!) mit einer traumhaften Aussicht. Dazu der sehr gute und persönliche Service von Carlosferien … was will man mehr!

Immer gerne wieder
Wir haben zum 2. Mal hier 3 schöne Ferienwochen in der Marquesa ZI verbracht. Die Lage mit der Panorama Aussicht ist einmalig. Im Haus fehlte es an nichts. Pool und Garten sind sehr gepflegt. Was wir sehr geschätzt haben, im ganzen Haus sind Moskito Netze und Moskito Falttüren vorhanden.
Was wir dieses Jahr vermisst haben - das Schattenspendende Traubendach auf der Rückseite des Hauses.
Wir werden zu jeder Zeit gerne wieder bei Carlosferien buchen. Mara und René Eng - sowie sämtliche Mitarbeiter/Innen sind kompetent, freundlich und hilfsbereit. So machen Ferien Spass - nochmals Danke und freundliche Grüsse nach Denia.

Carlosferien und die Marquesa ZI - sind sehr empfehlenswert.
Top eingerichtetes und gepflegtes Haus.
Lage und die Panorama Aussicht ist grandios.
Garten und Pool perfekt.
Das ganze Team kompetent, hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich.
Familie Eng und ihrem Team möchten wir nochmals herzlich Danken für die
Betreuung und Mithilfe als wir bei unserer Ankunft in Denia überfallen und
ausgeraubt wurden und ohne Geld, Ausweise und Natel dastanden.
