There was a sign stating no outside food and drinks. Date of arrival wanted us to book a balloon ride with a budget company for their kick back. We flew over cornfields not the sites in Pamukkale. Cow stall in the house next door - smelled of cow manure. Maintenance needed. AC was working good in the room.

Best stay
Amazing stay for 1 or 2 nights. It said check in was until 8pm but I messaged them and said if I will be coming at 11:30pm and they waited till I arrived to let me stay at the hotel. Amazing customer service and they really cared about us. We got a king size bed and very comfortable. Overall amazing stay. Breakfast was amazing aswell and we left this place happy and would definitely recommend if you’re coming. 10/10

The room had a view of the Pamukkale site and was spacious and clean. The staff were very nice and helpful and spoke English. There was a shuttle to the associated restaurant which served good food. The included breakfast was a true huge Turkish breakfast and amazing. Some small negatives, the room had some water damage and the toilet doesn't allow for paper to be flushed most likely due to the slow drainage. The shower door didn't close on the water side so water got out. Overall, for the price I would highly recommend this accommodation for its kind people and good food.

Overall I think the property was over priced. The pool area was a lot smaller than it looked. The rooms were dated and the furniture in the rooms needed some care / updating. The bathroom looked dirty and there wasn’t a proper door so couldnt close it fully or lock it. The body wash containers had all clearly been used and left there from the last person. On the plus side, the staff were really friendly and the breakfast was lovely.

Melrose hotel is a convenient place near the most tourist sites, what I liked the most was the attention, the girl at the reception was very friendly and helped me with a problem I had with the reservation, I recommend it.

Very convenient to visit nature attractions of Pamukkale. Extreamly nice personal and owner. The restrooms need renovation. And a couch to rest in the room is missing.

Appeared to be family run. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Rooms are okay not too small or big. Bathrooms have calcium buildup which is in their water. Breakfast provided free and other dinner were also served for cash. Only 5 minutes walk from Pamukkale lower gate

We stayed for one night and had no issues. We had free parking. The room was gorgeous and the view from the balcony of Pamakkule and hot air balloons taking off at 5.30am was amazing. The shower and toilet were a decent size and decor. Breakfast was impressive. We couldn’t borrow an iron but they offered ironing services. I noticed massage services but didn’t have time to try them. I would definitely recommend staying there.

Pamukkale trip
A great location within the town and Pamukkale. We had a great view from our window of the limestone fields. The hotel is very tired, bedding, curtains, towels, general decor. The bathroom was extremely damp and base was covered in black mould. Breakfast is included but not great quality, on the two mornings out if three it was served cold. We would have preferred a better quality hotel to enjoy and base out from. The local restaurants and people of Pamukkale were very welcoming.

Properly was nicey located right below the main attraction in town which are the pools. Easy access to the entire town for eating and drinking. Parking right out front. Overall great place to stay if you're coming to this area

Staff were friendly but the rooms were not in great condition. Paint was peeling off the walls, the shower head was broken, and the door jamb had been broken and was sloppily repaired. One of the rooms did not have particularly clean towels either.

The hotel staff is excellent, the property well kept. The hotel is conveniently located near the Pammukale travertines and Hierapolis and is absolutely charming in its decor. Wonderful breakfast spread on site.

When i write a review its not to hurt anyone's business- just to put things into context. First and foremost, I wouldn't stay the night in Pamukkale- just do a day trip. The area ia rather quiet and not built for tourism aside from a small strip of restaurants. When booking this hotel keep in mind that it's probably lovely by the standards of that area but if you have a lot of experience staying in hotels and traveling you wont be impressed. Its family owned in a small town and resides next to a house with some farm animals- so the surrounding area can be odiferous. I wouldn't tell anyone not to stay here but if you can book a day trip instead and avoid staying in the area altogether I would do that instead.

1.The lady at the reception is really rude, asking us to provide evidence for the payment we have already made, only because she was not there the day before and not sure we have already paid for two nights. 2. The towels are over-used, somewhat yellow-ish. 3. The room has a strong smell of bleach, which lasts for hours even with both the windows and the door open.

Lovely hotel perfectly located in Pamukkale, within a 5 minute walk to the travertine pools and a couple of minutes from local restaurants. Hotel was a little scuffed around the edges, but it didn’t affect our experience at all. Staff were very helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was extensive and really delicious. Would highly recommend!

Enjoyable stay in Pamukkale
Nice hotel, great location and delicious breakfast. Staff was very helpful, geniounly friendly and attentive. There is limited parking available in front of the hotel. We had no problems but in peak season could be an issue. Denizli is aprox 20 minutes drive. Overall, a great 2-night stay in Pammukale.
