- The Denmark River is accessible from the backyard; young children must be supervised as it is not fenced
- Linen and bath towels provided (beach towels not included)
- Single beds are kids size and the bunk beds are only suitable for small-medium size adults
- Strictly no pets allowed
- No Leavers/Schoolies bookings
- No outside fires due to fire safety regulations
- Minimum stay: 3 nights (standard), 5-7 nights (peak/school holidays)

FIREWOOD NOTICE: 
Due to a State-wide firewood shortage, firewood will not be supplied during the warmer months November to April. The property is equipped with a reverse-cycle air conditioner ensuring you stay comfortable year-round. 
During the colder months (May–October), we do our best to provide enough firewood for two nights. You’re also welcome to bring your own dirt and bark free firewood or purchase firewood locally from hardware stores or petrol stations in Denmark. This approach helps protect local forests and complies with Western Australia’s biosecurity rules.
