Welcome to our Seaside Retreat, an enchanting private estate sitting on just over an acre of land. The home embodies quintessential New England charm and offers fascinating architectural details, complete with modern accommodations and amenities for up to 14 guests with more than 3,000 square feet of air-conditioned living space. Situated in the idyllic neighborhood of East Dennis, the closest bay beach is less than a half mile away, with several other popular beaches not much farther. Walk the beach flats for miles at low tide – this is your sanctuary for the perfect Cape Cod vacation. The kid-friendly yard is perfect for playing or just spreading out to enjoy the private, well maintained grounds and gardens. With multiple outdoor grills and dining tables this home makes it easy to entertain with space for everyone. After dinner you can take in the beautiful sunsets in from one of the several places, comfortably furnished balcony deck and covered porch. Don’t feel like cooking? There are plenty of fantastic local restaurants and shops all along Route 6A in Dennis. The estate consists of two separate but connected dwellings, each with its own new fully-equipped kitchen, lounge areas, bedrooms and baths. In total, the home offers six bedrooms and four bathrooms, along with an outside shower. The top floor will feature open living concept with kitchen, dining, living and one bedroom. The lower level will have two additional bedrooms plus full bath to service those rooms. If you have a multi-family group and are hoping to find a vacation headquarters where you can all stay comfortably together, you’ll want to consider this one-of-a-kind estate in East Dennis.
Non-refundable $500 Administrative Fee plus applicable state and local taxes and cleaning fee. The home has 6 queen beds, two rollaway twin cots and also a crib for guests use.

If the Commonwealth of Massachusetts bans short-term rentals, you would receive a full refund. Otherwise, our standard cancellation policy is in effect:
In the event of cancellation for any reason, please contact us immediately followed by in writing. Written notice of cancellation must be accompanied by payment of a $500 cancellation fee to Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty, which may be charged to a credit card. Upon Notice of Cancellation, Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty will endeavor to find a substitute tenant. In the event a substitute tenant is found, monies paid in advance will be refunded, less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due. You herein acknowledge that you will only be entitled to a rebate only if you give written notice, pay the cancellation fee and the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. For your protection, Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty recommends the purchase of Optional Travel Insurance provided by CSA. In the event the property does not rent for the same terms, all Guest payments for the entire agreement amount are due and forfeited to the owner.
