Living on Easy Street

We were 4 adults and a small dog. The house was very accommodating with the 3 bedrooms and the sofa cover provided for the dog. The kitchen was great and had lots of utensils, dishes and pans. We really enjoyed the deck. It was off season so it was very quiet, and we walked to Wolfies bakery, Sunday School ice cream, and the beach.The tv was only Roku, so no network news, but there was a good radio. We hope to come back next year.

Great location, clean and nice, but dated

This house is in a great location in Dennis, with just a 13 min walk to the beach and a handful of shops and restaurants also in walking distance, the home offers a great place for a family to enjoy a relaxing holiday on the Cape. That said it feels like stepping back in time a bit - the furnishings are pretty dated (think 1980s/90s) and the house could use a solid reno. But at least it's well maintained and quite clean. Our family enjoyed our time and I would recommend.

3 bedrooms and 3 bath house fit out family nicely. Living room did not have enough sitting for 4 let alone the 6 the house can hold. Kitchen appliances and air conditioning worked well. House has a newer grill and out door sitting. The cooking inside was tough, very old pots and pans. House was clean yet had a older smell. Linens, coffee pot (k cup)and beach chairs included and that is not listed on the posting. Smoke detector went off randomly at 5 one morning (annoying)

AC went out first night. One of the outlets were shot and the cord was too short to reach any other outlets. It was brutally hot. Ants were a big issue throughout. The deck was near unusable and ants were in the house as well…floor/cabinets.. The house was very outdated. The exterior was not well maintained. The location was great and an easy walk to the beach. Completely no frills.
