We enjoyed a lovely quiet and comfortable room in the Santrian club building, with easy access to the beautiful, peaceful pool (no one under 15). Breakfast offered a tremendous selection of fresh foods, juices, teas and coffee, with great beachfront views of the ocean. We made use of the new gym, which was well-equipped and spotlessly clean, as well as bikes available to guests to cruise along the beachfront path along Sanur. Staff were very friendly and helpful whenever needed.

The room was always clean and well maintained, the staff are very friendly and always smiling and helpful. The breakfast has very good options, is always fresh and has something for everyone. The balcony was nice but I would have like a little bit better balcony furniture, nothing to complain about though, other rooms had nicer options available, we were trying to upgrade but the resort was booked out.
