Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities
Disliked: Room comfort
Had a booking for 3 people and they were low on rooms due to a big student conference so we had to all share a double bed. Cots are extra. Breakfast was okay, the rooms are clean and the location is pretty good if you want to be downtown (near ATMS and restaurants). AC wasn't strong and the showers were cold but Bali is hot so it's fine. The staff are friendly and helpful.
