The best !
This is a super awesome hotel ! Love everything here , definitely wanna come back again and again ! Fantastic service, food, room , clean & big pools, beach , SPA ( strongly recommend therapist Hinny , the best ❤️) Our first time in Bali , Hyatt regency make us have a great memories here!

The staffs are friendly
The towel for the pool needs to pay, the room's insulation is not good but ok, breakfast are the same everyday but I'm ok with it, the staffs are friendly and kind, room is clean but still has a little dust, the wooden floor by the pool side has some sharp things and I was hurt
