「The hotel is exactly what we hoped for. It’s authentic and elegant, the rooms are spacious and the staff are professional. We will definitely return.」

「Staff throughout hotel were wonderful. One evening my door handle to my room broke and the next morning they had replaced it. Everything went smoothly. The massages at the spa were 1st class. I recommend the palm reading too.」

「An amazing hotel in every aspect!」

「We were for the 3rd time in our holiday (Oct 2026) at Sanur House and it was just a homecoming. The hospitality and warmth of the staff is magnificent here. They think along with you, they had arranged again that we could go to our favorite cabin and for the last day they were able to arrange that we could use a standard room before we leave in the evening. Relax the last few hours and take a nice shower. Top arranged👌 We have eaten in different places during the 3 weeks of vacation and I can...

「Fantastic!」

「The staff were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They were always smiling! The air conditioner in our room was leaking water onto the floor on our arrival. We reported it and it was fixed immediately. The tv did not work but on reporting it, it was replaced by another. The tap in the wash basin was extremely loose but was attended to after we reported it. The room was very clean and the housekeeping staff did a very good job!」

「I LOVED this hotel! It's so clean, the room had no musty smell that some of the other places I stayed had which I was relieved about. The room is big, the pool and nature around the property is gorgeous. I had a delicious fruit and watermelon juice breakfast. Its across the street from Icon Bali which is wonderful, but its very quiet and peaceful. You can walk to the beach and everything you could need from here. I would def stay here again.」

「Great area, staff are amazing, close to beach, restaurants, shopping. Icon minutes walk. 」

「Lovely staff, no food on premises have to walk about 200meters to breakfast down to the beach. Lovely pool and seating area. Have to use stairs to go upstairs to the sun lounges . There are sun lounges under cover as well. Rooms lovely and spacious with lovely art work on the walls. Close to everything .」

「Super schönes Hotel , das Personal immer freundlich und super hilfsbereit. Alle Wünsche wurden mehr als erfüllt. War sicher nicht das letzte Mal」

「This was a perfect place to spend the night for a ferry ride to Nusa Penida. I highly recommend it. Walking distance to ferry terminal, even with luggage. The breakfast was delicious. Beautiful grounds, quiet, spacious room, comfortable bed- we have no complaints.」

「Everything is fine, good location to Sanur port, but breakfast just soso」
