Room 232: Beds were amazing! Need more trash cans, more towels and shampoo. Update the microwave. Water pressure was low, tv only had one channel that we could see, but we could hear all channels. But it was a good just an older hotel that needs updates! Staff was amazing! We did have a great weekend regardless…

Terrible experience! I checked into this hotel and found cockroaches all over the room, including on the bed. I have videos showing the infestation. I stayed in the room for less than an hour because the conditions were disgusting and unsanitary. I went to the front desk to request a cancellation, but they refused to help me. Fortunately, Expedia contacted the hotel and helped me get a full refund. I would never stay here again. No guest should have to deal with these conditions. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel until they resolve their serious pest and cleanliness problems.

The property did not feel safe or comfortable to stay in. There was a strong smell of smoke throughout the place, which made the environment unpleasant and concerning. Secondhand smoke can affect everyone’s health, and I did not feel comfortable remaining there. Overall, this was not a good place to stay, and I would not recommend it.

The front desk person came knocking at our door asking if we were hammering in the room. First of why would we be hammering if it isn’t even our property. Supposedly there was a complain. Mind you we did have a 3 year old with us. He’s a kid he might have jumped or ran a few occasions. So we really didn’t appreciate that.

Staff was very courteous and helpful. Room was clean and well kept. Location was easily accessible. The only real negative was lots of vehicle noise all night long, multiple times it sounded like people were racing on the street right next to us but that was no fault of the motel. Overall a very good value, I would stay there again.

Ac was broke , every time another room flushed the toilet you smelt poop, pool was not well maintained cloudy , more people living in the rooms , took my kid to the pool and "residents" were talking out loud how we were not wanted . Room had zero housekeeping while we stayed . Had to go to front desk to ask for towels . Lots of homeless in the area .

The location was nothing like the pictures on the site. The a/c unit leaked. The towels in the bathroom were not washed properly. They had dirt stains on them. I killed two roaches in the room. I didn’t even have food in the room. The fridge barely cooled the bottle water I had in there. The bed was very uncomfortable. The property was full of dog poop. The only good thing was the location. It was really close to the university.
