The home is a updated brick bungalow on a wide street with plenty of parking. There is a backyard with a grill for guests who want to cook along with 3 separate private bedrooms and a full bath on each floor. The home sleeps 6 people. There is one bedroom upstairs, two bedrooms downstairs, with washer and dryer. The kitchen is updated and fully outfitted with cooking supplies which are available for guests to use. There is a Smart TV with streaming channels, Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc. The home is near Sloan's Lake, which is great for riding bikes, running or picnics, with access to highway 6, straight shot to the mountains. There are breweries close and is convenient to restaurants, bars and shops. Overall, perfect for larger groups, families and friends who want to relax or go out and enjoy Denver night life!

Pros- Space, backyard, Lighting fixtures, showers, neighborhood Cons- Dirty freezer, bedroom and shower. Only 1 TV in entire house, No locks on doors, quiet a few insects were in home and around windows. Used underwear and clothes were in drawers in main room.

We stayed at the house most of the time because it was a comfortable great house. But it was very close to lots of shops and a walking trail around a lake. I would definitely recommend this place for a family vacation!

Enjoyed the house and garden. Listing in Vrbo is a little confusing, definitely 3 bed, 2 bath. Doors cannot be locked, which was a little weird for a group of friends. Location is great for trips into the city and hiking destinations around Denver. Just was great and easy to reach. All in all great stay!

My family and I were very comfortable. There was a big snowstorm in the days before our stay. Owner had the snow cleared from the driveway and walkway, which I *greatly* appreciated. Kids built snowmen in the backyard. Easy access to everything thing in Denver.

Older exterior but modern and bright inside... Kitchen updated with dishwasher and beautiful countertops while still keeping old fashion charm. Backyard area has a great BBQ and comfortable table allowing conversation and family and friends to relax.. Quiet neighborhood as well...

This home accommodated our family for a graduation at Regis University. The kitchen is very functional and the back yard is a nice bonus. Plenty of seating and the 2 bathrooms were sufficient. Will keep in mind for our next stay in the area.
