Located just a short 12-minute drive to downtown Denver and 24 minutes to Boulder, our Airbnb is conveniently situated close to the highway, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas. If you`re a skier and/or boarder, you can hit the slopes at Winter Park in an hour and 15 minutes in the winter months.

Prior to arriving, guests will receive an access code for our keyless self check-in! I send your code through Airbnb around noon on the day of your check-in.



The home sits on a main road—35 MPH. You will hear cars driving by but it`s never very busy. We lived here for 2 years and didn`t have problem but just wanted to make you aware if you are sensitive to noise!



There is a step onto the main porch and steps to the downstairs!



Starter supplies are provided; guests are responsible for their own paper products/cleaning supplies/toiletries after starter pack runs out.
