Amazing property, looks exactly ass described. The loft, king bed is the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. There is a small trail around a pond and park for short walks. Great location central to Boulder and Denver.

House was very clean and tidy when we arrived and it’s located just far enough outside downtown Denver that it’s fairly quiet and less hectic. The townhouse is located within a little community with no through roads and a couple paved trails if you have pets that need to be walked. The townhouse itself doesn’t technically have a yard. Parking was directly in front on the entrance and not once during my stay did I find someone else took the spot which was nice. There’s also dedicated parking for one behind and a small garage which was too small for my toyota tundra but a sedan would fit. Overall I would definitely consider this property again if I were visit Denver in the future.
