Did not go in

We were given the address of the property immediately after paying for an 8 day stay. We arrived at the location within a few hours of paying. We did not go in because we felt we were not safe in this neighborhood. We immediately texted the host and explained our safety concern. We have not received any of our money back.The listing is misleading and Vrbo seems to have little authority to help in getting our hard earned money back.

Softball

We came here for a softball tournament. It was a good fit for three of us. We chose this house to allow us to have a place to cook. There’s alot of neighborhood movement all hours of the night. There’s also a dumpster in front of the house for public use. Therefore, there’s almost always someone out front. It was very convenient for the ball fields.

Comfortable Getaway

We had a great time at this property. Jeff communicated with us very well and made the check-in process very smooth. Would definitely recommend this unit to a friend!

Unit was way over priced for the condition it was in. Pull out bed had mouse urine and droppings so unable to use. Air mattress leaked and door to the bathroom was falling apart.

A good night's sleep

After being on the road for days on end it was so nice to finally have a clean shower, spotless bed, and fresh coffee in the morning! Really a great property for a one-night rest or an extended trip to the CO area.

Nice for the price

This was a last minute booking because the rental I had lined up canceled two months before my stay. The price was in my range. The price may be a little high for the property condition. It can use a cleaning and sealing of doors. The portable floor unit air conditioner did not cool the bedroom or the kitchen. I was unaware of the AC situation. It was an unusual 99 degrees in July. It is an old apartment that is leaky. So to my horror a mouse got in the dog food and left nuggets next to the refrigerator. I showed pictures to the owner and never got a response. Not even an apology. The bed was very comfortable and clean. The towels were very nice and clean. You will only get shampoo and conditioner and hand soap. No body wash. The spatula is missing. No microwave. Sugar or sweetener is not provided. The VRBO site has check out at 11am but he messaged me saying it was 10am. The back yard doesn’t have grass just gravel. So your dog may have a problem with that. Poop bags provided. I truly believe in supporting small business rental and have for many years. The owner asked for a five star review. I’m sorry for not being able to give this rental a better review. I believe travelers want honesty. There are other apartments available by the same owner next door.
