A cozy and private basement unit is now available in this charming duplex in Denver, Colorado, centrally located with easy access to downtown and parks located just 2 blocks from the Perry light rail and 5 blocks from Sloan's Lake you will have no problem finding something to do. This unit features a modern open plan with a fully equipped kitchen and queen-sized beds. You will also have access to a shared fully fenced backyard and great walking/biking trails perfect for exercising relaxing or breathing fresh air.
