Wonderful stay

We loved this house! It was clean, comfortable and very easy to find. Lots to do within walking distance but also very drivable. It was also surprising at how big it was. Also everything we needed for utensils, cooking equipment etc was available. We would definitely stay here again if we’re back in the area.

Excellent stay

House was excellent. Clean and spacious. Several breweries and restaurants in walking distance and a short 10-15 minutes from downtown Denver neighborhoods like RiNo and LoDo. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Denver!

We had a wonderful time in Denver and our house was great. Perfect location for why we were there. Very convenient to all stores and restaurants. The host was response to our needs. The house was nice and had all the amenities that we needed. We would definitely book there again.

Wonderful stay in Wheat Ridge

The house was wonderful. It was large with plenty of space for everyone. It had been updated really nice. Was a very comfortable place to stay for a few days while visiting Denver. Neighborhood is a little older type neighborhood but quiet and pleasant.

Family fun!

Excellent Experience for Family Trip to Denver

This home is very clean, spacious, and welcoming. It included all of the amenities and appliances needed for an extended stay which made it very enjoyable. Board games and kids dishware were a nice touch that helped accommodate our family with young kiddos. The neighborhood was quaint and nearby to lots of parks, restaurants, and the downtown area. It was also easy to access the mountain region to the west. The owners made a point to check in and ensure we were taken care of. We would definitely return in the future and recommend to others!

Couples Getaway

This place was a great find for two couples in the Denver area! Restaurants were within walking distance and we shopped and cooked several meals at "home". I would book again.

Ideal Location

Plenty of space. Exactly as described with no surprises. Fabulous‘home base’ to stay at at night while we moved around during the day. Would highly recommend. Great communication with the owner!

Home Away From Home

This is a wonderful property. The owners go out of their way to provide a relaxing stay. We were able to park in the garage and the house is beautiful, super clean and relaxing. The neighborhood is nice and felt very safe walking the dog.

Great stay

Great house and great quiet neighborhood . There were four of us and we were very comfortable. There was plenty of room. Enjoyed being able to walk down the street to a great beer garden restaurant and cook a meal at the house. Communication with owner was great . I would definitely stay here when we came back to Denver !

Great experience

This home was adorable! Lots of upgrades and very homey. We brought our doggie, and she was very comfortable too! The location was great for what we wanted to do, and John was very responsive to our inquiries. It was such a bonus to have access to the 2-car garage.

Quick Denver Trip

We were in Denver for college tours, a concert, and a few hikes. The Gray house was perfect for our group of 4! The house was just as advertised; extremely clean, nicely decorated, and within 15-20 min from everything we did! We would stay here again and would highly recommend it! So cozy and inviting!

We loved staying here. We had plenty of room to back a big trailer into the driveway. Very clean and inviting. Quite neighborhood. 5 people stayed comfortably! Dog friendly with a fenced back yard. Easy to access the house and check in. Very clear directions. We will be back!

Short Trip to Denver

We had a wonderful stay at the Gray house! We were in town for college tours, a concert and hiking. The Gray house was perfect for our family mix (2-18 yo, 79yo and myself). The house was nicely appointed, very clean, exactly as advertised, and 15-20 min away from all of our destinations. I would stay again and would highly recommend! Family reunion

My oldest daughter is working in Denver for the summer. My husband, other 2 daughters and I wanted to visit her for the weekend. We weren't there for sightseeing, we just wanted to catch up as a family. This house was perfect for us to reconnect. Our favorite part was the table. We loved sitting around it playing games, laughing and enjoying each other's company. We all slept comfortably and had a wonderful time at the house.

This property has it all! Easy checkin and checkout, need recommendations or have a question about the property, they have guest view(or you can call, text or email), They have all necessary amenities and then some. Nice house and neighborhood

Very nice bathrooms and kitchen. Free snacks and coffee. Good location and nice neighborhood. Long Sooper grocery and two brewpubs within a 5 minute drive. Sat in the backyard relaxing and enjoying the sunshine. Didn’t use the grill or fire pit, both propane.
