Downtown Larimer Square with amenities!

Access to EVERYTHING you want around town. This place is a 4 block walk from Union station, Coors Field, McGregor’s Square, RiNo, half a mile from Ball Arena and 1 mile to Empower field and Mission Ballroom. There is parking included in the building, a “spa” gym, sauna, steam room, and a bunch of sport courts: racquetball, tennis, pickleball, basketball courts. When you need a little more there is a community room open until 10pm with shuffleboard and pool tables. Miniature golf is across the street :)

Nice, well supplied 1 bedroom in downtown Denver near Coors field. Included indoor parking a big plus. Eclectic decorated apartment. Bathtub/shower may be an issue since step in bathtub with no support bars or handles. Would stay again.

Super cute condo, very clean. Owner provided great communication if/when contacted. In walking distance to everything downtown, food-entertainment-ball field... and only about 30 minute drive to towns like Boulder and Morrison/Red Rocks area.
