Fully furnished, newly renovated, beautiful two bed two bath home in the heart of Sunny Side with a large front porch. It is a 10 to 15 min walk to all of the Highlands restaurants and bars and just a 3-5 min walk to local coffee shops, restaurants and cute shops.
The house is open concept and features cedar beams, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, new wide plank hard wood floors, a deep farmhouse kitchen sink and grand light fixtures. The dinning area hosts a long custom dinning table with extra kitchen bar seating. The living room has plenty of seating with a deep restoration hardware leather sofa flanked with two wingback chairs. There is a flat screen TV that can also be viewed from the primary bedroom if you open the extra large french doors to the living space will allows you to watch TV from bed.
Each bathroom features an in ceiling heater to quickly warm the bathroom for you. The guest bathroom has a spacious all white shower and single marble vanity. The primry bath has a double vanity with plenty of under the counter storage space. The primary extra large custom shower has two shower heads and two detachable shower wands. The primary bedroom has a king sized bed and 10 foot long closed. The guest bedroom has a queen sized bed, featured accent wall, dresser and two closets.
